Uploaded a few new photos to the blog under the Fall 2010 heading. I'll throw a few more up in the near future.
Just wanted to thank everyone for coming out last night. We were all really pleased with the turn-out and terrific performances. Hoping that all of you will come out again November 3rd. That said, if you'd like to perform at the upcoming LAP, please drop me a line via email. I'll be posting some photos from yesterday evening in the near future.
Also wanted to post a reminder about rules in the space: Be respectful. We're a safe environment. No weapons. No firearms, weapons of any kind, open flame, no hurting oneself or anyone else, no exchanging of bodily fluids. Other than that. Lots of High-Fives and Hugs and the blissful make-out session are all welcomed. It was recently brought to our attention that an ugly and fallacious rumor regarding cannibalistic practices and zygotes at Live Art Platform has been circulating through the student body. We would like to officially discredit the allegations and assure all of you that although baby meat and gamete union, when seasoned properly of course, may actuate and whet a palate, we have never endorsed such practices. And certainly never publicly.
Apparently LAP has been confused with the radical, cannibalistic organization Live Baby Platform (LBP). For the record, LAP has no affiliation with LBP and we do not condone such practices or behaviors. (This is all a joke, by the way, please do not take seriously.) He'd be certain to tell you quite emphatically in a wholly two-dimensional utterance: Come to the next Live Art Platform on October 13, 2010 at 7pm. Or better yet, perform and find true glory.
