Angela Ellsworth's Intermedia Performance class will once again be putting on a special performance opening Live Art Platform, April 27th at 7:00pm. It is a participatory game called "Humans Versus Cyborgs." Much like the ever-popular Humans versus Zombies, this is a game of modified tag in which everyone begins as human and one "original cyborg" will begin to devour.. I mean.. transform humans into cyborgs. But humans are not powerless. If 3 humans encircle a cyborg, they transform it back to human. Reversible head bands will be provided to properly identify human/cyborg. Interesting right?
Maybe not, but it's a GAME! We are capping off the semester with a game that is intended to be pure, unadulterated fun! And you get to take home a free commemorable headband in the process! So please show up to this evening of planned fun. Bring anyone and everyone. Spread the word, the Cyborgs are a commin'! Visit humansversuscyborgs.blogspot.com for official information and updates about the game. Oh yeah and wear comfy shoes! You won't be sitting around mindlessly twiddling your thumbs in this game.
In other news, photos from the 3rd LAP are still in the process of being posted. Please be patient! What with all this running around to plan our most anticipated LAP night, priorities get shifted. Oh and did you see the Humans VS Cyborgs poster? IT'S PRETTY SIQ MAN! \m/
